Are you an existing Salon Rewards™ member? Here’s what you need to know:
Effective Monday, May 11:
- Point redemptions will be temporarily paused.
- Points will continue being earned using the new tier system.
- The Salon Rewards app will no longer be updated, and points balances shown there will no longer be accurate as we transition to our new system. We recommend deleting the app.
By Friday, May 29:
- Any pre-existing points will be transferred into our new system and will be ready for you to use. Your points balance may look different, but rest assured your overall value has been fully preserved. Your points have been converted into the new system based on value rather than the number of points.
- Redemptions will be available again.
